Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • During sales or holidays, processing may take longer – updates are sent via email.
  • Orders placed outside business hours are handled the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

We offer international delivery with estimated times varying by destination:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 14-25 business days, depending on customs and location.

External factors such as customs delays, extreme weather, or carrier issues may affect delivery. You can track your package for real-time updates.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. Occasionally, free shipping promotions are available.

  • Eligibility for free shipping is displayed at checkout when applicable.
  • Express or priority shipping is available for an additional cost.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Orders

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment anytime via our

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by your country’s import regulations. These are not included in FastBuy’s shipping fees.

  • Buyers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties.
  • Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being returned, with refunds issued minus shipping costs.
  • FastBuy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take care to ensure safe delivery, FastBuy is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once handed to the carrier. However, we’ll assist you in resolving any issues directly with the shipping provider.

  • If marked “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
  • Report missing or damaged parcels immediately so our team can help file a claim.
  • Keep all packaging for inspection if your item arrives damaged.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. FastBuy cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately – we can update it only if the order hasn’t been processed.
  • Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

8. Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or unpaid customs fees, you can choose:

  • Reshipment: We will resend your order with an additional shipping charge.
  • Refund: A refund will be issued minus shipping and handling fees.
